Cancellation Policy
Payment is due at the time of booking. You may pay via website, cash, or Venmo @Erica-Bonthuis. You will receive an email shortly after about getting on the calendar. 5-pack membership is good for 3 months. After 3 months, any unused sessions will not be compensated. 10 pack membership is good for 5 months. After 5 months, any unused sessions will not be compensated. Please cancel or reschedule with 24 hours notice. Same day cancellations will count as one of your sessions. By moving forward with purchasing a package, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
